Our Story
Founded in 2020 by structural engineer Mark Maina and architect Felix Cheruiyot, Mhandisi PMs & Co. was born from a passion for creating exceptional architectural designs and implementing them to perfection.
We recognized a critical gap in the construction industry: the lack of transparency between contractors and clients. Too often, projects start with grand promises but end in disputes over costs and quality. Clients, unfamiliar with industry standards, develop trust issues as projects progress.
